From Dianne and Jaynari at the front desk, Tere and Yuni, the assistants, to Dr. Gonzalez, herself. Everyone was kind, friendly and gentle. I was more than a little nervous, but they were patient and answered all of my questions. Dr. Gonzalez told me what she was doing throughout the process, and I was finished before I knew it. The manager didn't try to charge me for things I didn't need, and they made sure I understood my aftercare before I left. The office checked in with me the next day to make sure I was recovering well.
